You can download your purchased documents in 2 ways. First, once the order is processed, we will send you an email with download or access links to your Courses, Best Practice & eBooks. Secondly, you can access all your purchased documents and courses through your Learning Center at top right once you sign in

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. As a side note, we do not store any credit card information.

In most cases, yes. In most MS Office formats, i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, the document can be easily modified for your own purposes or your company purposes (hence customizable). You can change the diagrams, the text, the background, etc. If you have any questions about a specific document, please email us and we will take a look at that exact document.

Yes, the pricing for all our products are in US Dollars (USD).

You may use the document for your own work. All our documents (Best Practice, Tools and eBooks) are a single license allows you to use the document for your own personal use. You are not allowed to resell SCMDOJO content once purchased.

There are two types of memberships. Free and Paid. You become an SCMDOJO member when you create an account with us. See scmdojo.com/pricing for the Membership plans.

You get some credit(s) with both free and paid plans. With paid plans, you also get subsidised prices on further purchases of content.

Two types of credits may be issued to members. (1) Course Credits (2) Best Practices and E-Books credits.

Free plan credits do not renew once consumed. Paid plan credits are renewed every month.

You get a discounted membership price with annual payment. But with annual membership, credits still renew every month.

Paid plan credits do not expire if not consumed. When your paid membership renews, your new credits are added to your unconsumed credits from previous month.

You can cancel your membership from your PayPal account. Alternatively, you can also cancel your membership from Membership settings page at SCMDOJO site.

You'll still be able to use your remaining credits.

4.1 SCMDOJO Courses is created to a high standard by our Experts. This does not guarantee perfect products.

4.2 If any of the SCMDOJO Courses do not depict the description set forth with, we offer a 30 days refund on courses. The purchaser must email [email protected] describing how the course purchased does not match the pictures and / or description as provided on the website.

4.3 The refund policy is only for SCMDOJO Courses

4.4 SCMDOJO e-Books, Guides and Best Practices Content are exempt from refunds as they are unlocked and available to view, download and use with immediate effect once payment has been successful
